A little about me…

After my treatments were over, I had a burning desire to get strong and feel “normal”. But now I was in the middle of peri-menopause and my hormones were wreaking havoc everywhere. I couldn’t lose the weight, had aches and pains that were never there before, and struggled to get back on track.

I tried a multitude of workout programs that left me exhausted, sore and frustrated. I realized that I needed a program designed for a woman over forty with our unique challenges. A combination of strength training, cardiovascular training and a nutrition plan rich in protein helped me to get into the best shape of my life.

I, like you, am a constant work in progress.

I embarked on a journey to become an expert in women’s fitness training principles and nutrition, specifically for women just like me.

I don’t want to look like a fitness model, I want to live my best life. I can help you do the same.

I’m not training to be skinny. I’m training to be STRONG.

I didn’t start to get serious about my fitness until I was in my forties. Life was just too busy raising boys and following my career dreams. When I became a single mother, I knew I needed to be a better version of myself for my children.

And then, at the age of 48, came a diagnosis of breast cancer. My world flipped upside down.

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
