Our first cohort of the year starts January 12, 2026 and runs until the week of March 30, 2026. Future sessions will be announced after that date.

Normally, my personalized coaching services are $349 for a 12-week program. I’m offering this program to you for $197, to help more women achieve their goals and feel more confident.

Empowered Nutrition will be available through a web-based platform called Skool. When you sign up, you’ll receive your link to create your account. We’ll kick off the New Year in week 1 with a Zoom seminar outlining the program and providing you with great resources to get you started.

Although personal training services are not typically included, you will receive access to full-body strength training and mobility sessions via an unlisted YouTube link, which is exclusive to Empowered Nutrition participants.
