If you are ready to go from “WHAT IF” to “I CAN”, I’m here to help. No more going it alone, the support you need has finally arrived.
I work with a limited number of clients each quarter on a one to one basis with virtual training sessions and an individualized wellness plan to address your specific challenges and goals.
You will receive lifestyle and nutrition support as well as a personalized training plan which will include progressive strength training and cardio and weekly flexibility and mobility workouts - all included!
Minimum commitment is 12 weeks.

HERE’S WHAT YOU GET…
Virtual 1 hour goal setting and fitness assessment session. Together we’ll put together the pieces of your fitness strategy.
You’ll receive access to your training portal and calendar access to book your live training sessions.
Your program is as UNIQUE as you are. It will include a progressive exercise program as well as cardio and mobility training.
We’ll address both your biggest challenges and your goals.
Weekly 1 hour training session, in—person or virtual. We’ll go through a workout together, and you can ask questions about the program.
I’ll demonstrate other prescribed exercises for the week.
Meal planning suggestions for proper overall nutrition. As I am not a registered dietitian I cannot address specific needs.
Suggestions will be tailored to you based on the information discussed during our strategy session.
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY at your fingertips. Bi-weekly coaching calls, weekly check-ins and in-app progress tracking to make sure that the strategies you are implementing are effective.
